Retroviral Vectors

Our laboratory has developed a number of retroviral vectors for use in gene transfer applications. The vectors shown here are all based on Moloney murine leukemia/sarcoma viruses. Derivatives of the LXSN vector that express various proteins have been used in multiple human gene therapy trials. Click the accession number to access the vector sequence file from Genbank.
