Welcome to the Miller Lab
We are a virology/gene therapy lab in the Division of Human Biology at the Fred Hutchinson Cancer Research Center in Seattle, Washington. Research in the lab is focused on an understanding of virus biology with a goal of development and testing of viral vectors for human gene therapy. We currently study adeno associated viruses (AAV) and retroviruses. Disease targets include hematopoietic cells for treatment of genetic diseases that affect blood cells and airway epithelial cells for treatment of cystic fibrosis.

This site gives a description of our current Research interests, lists present and recent past Lab Members, provides diagrams and sequence information on viral vectors and other Reagents that are available from the lab, Material Transfer Agreements used for transfer of certain reagents, helpful lab Protocols, and recent Publications.
