Acrylamide Urea Gel (100 ml)

| H20 | 31 ml | 37 ml | 10 ml |
Microwave ~35 seconds and stir until dissolved
Filter through 0.45 micron filter
Degas 2-3 min
Add 0.7 ml 10% ammonium persulfate
Remove 2.5 ml gel mix and add 4 microliters TEMED, pour plug and wait 5-10 min.
Add 45 microliters TEMED to remaining gel mix.
Pour Gel and wait at least 40 minutes before removing comb.
The gel can be stored overnight at room temp. if the top of the gel is wet with water and is wrapped tightly in Saran Wrap
Wait at least 20-30 minutes before removing gel comb
